Clean Bandit are an Electronic music outfit from Cambridge, England. The members met while studying as undergraduates at the University of Cambridge between around 2006. The band formed in 2009 and released the single 'Mozart's House' in 2010, which peaked at number 17 on the UK charts.  The group released a string of singles throughout 2012 to 2014 in support of their debut album 'New Eyes'.
The success of some such as 'Dust Clears' and 'Rather Be' marked the band as a consistent presence on major charts in the UK.
'Rather Be' would also signify their first commercial success in the US, peaking at number 10 on the US Hot 100 and winning the band a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording in 2015.  Clean Bandit would collaborate with Jesse Glynne again (with whom they worked on 'Rather Be' with) to release the number 2 UK single 'Real Love'. During 2015 and early 2016 the band spent time touring abroad in post-release support of their album 'New Eyes'.  They are confirmed to be working on a new album, with their most recent issue of 'Tears' being considered the lead single from their upcoming sophomore effort.  (Song Bios Copyright © 2016 J♯)
